Location: I mainly shoot outdoors, but I also have a full studio located in the downtown area of Mountain Home. The location of your photo shoot really depends on the style of photos you would like. I love shooting at locations that have meaning to you - your backyard, your front porch, your family's farm, the location of your first date, etc. The best time of day to take photos is either first thing in the morning or in the evening before sunset.
Your session will include: Our time together at a location in Mountain Home (there is a travel fee if outside of Mountain Home); my time after your session where I process and proof each portrait; a viewing appointment to place your order; an online-gallery for friends and family to purchase for 48 hours; and options to purchase prints, canvases, books and/or digital files to print images at your convenience.
Post-processing and retakes: Once your photo session is complete, please allow 2-3 weeks for post-processing (3-4 weeks for larger groups). If you need them sooner, there is a rush fee of $50.00. You will have at least twenty final images in your gallery. Unfortunately, because of the nature of my work, I am not able to offer refunds. My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with the end product.
Copyright: All images are copyright of Anne-Camille Photography. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, alter, copy or reproduce my work in any manner or medium. ACP is covered by the Federal Copyright laws.
Session fee: ACP requires payment of the desired session as a retainer to book your session. This is non-refundable. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation. ACP allows one rescheduling.
Payment for prints: ACP accepts cash, checks, and credit cards. There is a charge of $25.00 for any returned checks. There is also a 2.75% transaction fee applied to the client on all card payments.
Travel expenses: If the session takes place outside of Mountain Home, Arkansas, the client agrees to be responsible for applicable airfare, hotel, fuel, and transfer expenses incurred by ACP in performing the photographic duties.
Exclusive photographer: Only bring those people being photographed for the session. There is no other photography allowed from family and friends during the portrait session.
Image retouching: Additional editing after viewing is $10.00 per image.
Portrait care: Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing, or hanging is the responsibility of the client.
After your session: Once your photo session is complete, please allow 2-3 weeks for post-processing (3-4 weeks for larger groups). If you need them sooner, there is a rush fee of $50.00. There will be a minimum of twenty final images in your gallery. We will schedule a viewing appointment at my studio to order products. You will have an online gallery for friends and family to make purchases for 48 hours. There is a $35.00 re-hosting fee if the gallery expires. All print sales are final and must be paid in full before the order is placed. After your order has been placed, please allow up to two weeks for the order to arrive. Prints may not be exchanged, refunded, or reprinted for any reason once ordered. Each order has a $5.00 shipping/lab fee. Session images will be saved by ACP for two months and will then be discarded.
How do I book an appointment? Because of the individual nature of ACP portrait sessions and time involved in creating the images, I only accept a certain amount of sessions each month to ensure personalized attention. Please use the CONTACT section on this website, call, or email to see what is available.
What is included in the session fee? Our time together at a location of your choice, my time after your session where I process and proof each portrait, a viewing appointment to place your order, an online gallery for friends and family to purchase for 48 hours, and options to purchase prints, canvases, books and/or digital files to print images at your convenience.
What is not included in the session fee? Prints or digital files are not included in the session fee.
Do you photograph large family sessions? I absolutely do, and I love them!
Where will my session take place? Sessions take place at a location of your choice or my downtown studio. Any session taking place outside of Mountain Home requires a travel fee.
What if there is bad weather the day/time of my session? We will reschedule. :)
When do you shoot portrait sessions? I photograph a lot of weddings, so many Saturdays I am celebrating somewhere with a bride and groom. I do have some Saturdays available, but they book fast, so book your session early! I am usually booked 2-3 months in advance. I schedule sessions for the most beautiful natural light. Morning sessions are early and afternoon sessions start about two hours before sunset. Sundays are my family days, and I don't book any sessions.
Can we change clothes? Regular portrait sessions do not include any clothing changes. However, specialty sessions such as Maternity, Newborn, and Graduate sessions do have those options. If you would like to add a clothing change to the regular session, it is an additional $25.00
How many images will we see from our session? Expect a minimum of twenty images from a regular session and ten to fifteen images from a mini session.
Can you help me with what to wear? Absolutely! Generally, it's best to avoid logos, lettering, and complicated or distracting prints. Denim looks great. Take note: wearing white adds about ten pounds, wearing a darker color will subtract about ten pounds! ;) If you have any questions, I am happy to answer them!
Can I buy digital images from my session? Yes! I have two print options for my digital files - a limited option (client has permission to print up to size 8x10) and an unlimited version.
I remember you taking a specific image from our session, why don't I see it in the gallery? I will only show you the best images. This means that an image you remember being taken could have been blurry from movement, or someone's eyes were closed, etc. I only want you to have the best images from your session so that's what I'll show you!
What time of day will we be doing our Newborn Session? An indoor newborn session is booked on a weekday morning.
